Caller Name Talker is an app that lets you set your ringtone to be the name of the person who's calling or texting you.

The app has many different options to let you customize your experience. For example, you can choose the tone and speed of the voice that lets you know who is calling or texting, and you can even set the same notifications for WhatsApp messages as well.

You can also customize the name that you hear. By default, the app will just say the name of the contact, but you can make it say something else. You can even customize the text, so instead of saying something like "Uptodown", it can say, "incoming call from Uptodown."
